Dr Palacci is a kind, helpful and clear-speaking doctor who knows my family, and who - along with his colleagues - takes great care of us. When changed practices to Barnes Surgery, we had no idea that you could have such an important service in London, and it's a question of style. The other surgery we were attached to had great numbers coming through the door, just as Barnes Surgery has, but there was a removed relationship that, whilst utterly understandable, was not especially warm. Dr Palacci and his staff work very hard to create an environment of trust and understanding, and I am very grateful to be a patient at their practice. It is, for us, a vital part of the community, and we feel privileged to be his patients.

Went to see Dr Palacci to check if I was ok to travel after face had swelled. He diagnosed honestly (could have been one of two potential things), quickly and very reassuring.
